I think my brain melted. It's too hot.

- At the office, I polished off Delivering Satisfaction and Service Quality. It turned out to be a meh of a read because the first half was about customer service while the second half was all about developing, running, and assessing a survey. It felt like two separate books.
- Books
- I'm over 500 pages in to Empire of Storms... and there are still 200 pages to go. This is one doorstopper of a novel.
