This week, I took my first ever calligraphy class. I had a fantastic time and was pleasantly surprised by how well my letters looked. Oddly, I found forming letters much easier than completing the practice strokes.
This class also introduced me to a new tool, the oblique dip pen. I got to leave the class with a simple, plastic oblique pen, but there are some absolutely gorgeous options out there. These beauties are both lovely and affordable. (There are some expensive pens out there. Like, hundreds of dollars expensive.)
