The Friday Find: Breakfast

In February, our group of friends is going on its annual "ski" trip. (I use the scare quotes because it's been so warm the past few years that no one has skied.) The Husband and I are usually tasked with providing breakfast each morning. Since I like sleep, I usually whip up a breakfast casserole the night before. Whoever is up first gets to put it in the oven.

When I read the final issue of Cooking Light (*tear*), I found one recipe that I simply must try. It's a berry-and-walnut french toast that looks both satisfying and delicious.
