I did 7 loads of laundry this week. I decided that everything that could be machine laundered would be machine laundered. Turns out, the day after Christmas the laundry room in our apartment building is deserted. Now every linen and blanket and towel and item of clothing is fresh and clean. Laundry is my least favorite chore, but a good playlist helps me get through it.
