You might take a look at this title and think, "She's definitely going to suggest pasta." Nope. This title screams for an epic cheese plate. A cheese plate with at least four varieties of cheese, a selection of thinly sliced meats, an abundance of crackers and slices of baguettes, grapes, and accompanying mustards and jams. Oh! And don't forget the extra nibbles like salted nuts and olives. This book needs a cheese plate, because cheese plates are perfect for eating on outdoor verandas while you enjoy a chilled glass of white wine and take in the view.
