Watch This: Sound Bath



This past weekend, I attended my first sound bath meditation. It was 45-minutes of laying and listening to the sounds the instructor created. She moved through gongs, chimes, hums, and an ocean pan. It was incredibly relaxing and fulfilling. I left feeling more mindful and aware of my body. Since I don't know the next time I'll be able to attend an in-person meditation, I'm glad YouTube is full of sound bath videos like the one above. Give it a whirl - you may find yourself less stressed and warmed through.
