Listen to your customers and prospects. Deliver value, excitement, and surprise. And most important, learn how to truly engage your customers and help them spread the word.

Thoughts: I grabbed this book because I am always looking to improve my social media game at work. While some of the items here are outdated, the overall lessons from the text are still applicable. Dave breaks down how to use social media to the best of your advantage. The book splits up things like how to write more engaging posts, which tools are best for which campaign, how to understand your audience, and more. Each chapter ends with actionable activities that helps sum up the chapter and give you a to do list to work from. The text is also pretty readable and stays away from heavy jargon use.
