Thoughts: Cooking Light is my favorite food magazine. I loved being able to binge read recipes in one sitting. This is basically your typical cookbook, but almost everything has images (love!) and the recipes are most simple and fast. (I never believe cookbook timing because it supposes you're already familiar with the recipe at hand.) I flagged several pages to try and, unlike many cookbooks, I know I can create most of these meals after a long day at the office.
