First Sentence: Welcome to the second edition of Botanical Line Drawing, feature all of your favorite cacti and succulents!
Summary: [From Amazon] This simple line drawing guide features all of our favorite cacti and succulents and is the go-to guide, perfect for beginners and a great addition to seasoned artist's tool box. Its easy-to-understand instructions all feature six illustrative steps, void of written instruction or over the top explanation. Just sit down, put the pen to paper and get drawing! You'll gain basic skills by drawing simple shapes and mark making, leaving just enough creative room to explore your own style as you practice.
Thoughts: This is the follow to Dean's first line drawing book. She made some changes to this edition - like including plant names - which I love. Aside from those upgrades, this book is the same as the other (just with a new focus). The drawings are easy to follow and the text is clean and simple. Worth it if you like line drawing art.
