CURRENTLY READING: I just finished up The Cooking Gene by Michael Twitty
THOUGHTS?: I still stand my statement that this was a phenomenal book. It's going to take me a bit of time to digest everything I read, but I'm glad I spent time with this work.
SNACKS AND STUFF: No food, but it's so lovely out that I took a walk around the block. Then I grabbed my parasol and finished my book on our building's roof deck.
