How Long It's Been a TBR: Just about two weeks.
Why It's a TBR: While The Husband was out of town for work earlier this month, I binged watch Season 2 of Victoria. One of the episodes dealt with the Irish potato famine. Being of Irish decent, I went on a bit of a Google spree looking into how Queen Victoria actually handled the famine versus what was portrayed in the show. During that binge, I kept coming across the book. I figured it would be worth adding to my TBR list. The novel is about how one girl survives during the disaster.
Chance I Read It Soon: Not very good. It's going to be a bit of a downer read and that's just not something I'm in the mood for right now.
