Earlier this month, NPR featured a story about a podcast where the two hosts live by the tenets of a self-help book for two weeks. I found the idea intriguing and fun, so I added the podcast, By the Book, to my feed. I've managed to listen to nearly all of the archives and I've enjoyed every minute of it. So, spurred on by this podcast, this month's Variations on a Theme features self-help books that could help you make the most of 2018.
