CURRENTLY READING: Make-Ahead Meals Made Healthy: Exceptionally Delicious and Nutritious Freezer-Friendly Recipes You Can Prepare in Advance and Enjoy at a Moment's Noticeby Michele Borboa
THOUGHTS?: There first 10 or so pages were very information about purchasing, prepping, making, and freezing meals like this. The rest of the pages have been delicious looking recipes. I have flagged many for later production.
SNACKS AND STUFF: I chugged a bottle of water, but The Husband just started warming up the oven for dinner.
COMPANION UPDATE: He, like me, was upset about the Caps loss so he's back to playing Assassin's Creed.
ANYTHING ELSE?: I spent the first 15 minutes of the hour taking a shower. Since we are going out this evening, I thought it would be a good idea to at least look presentable.
